In aviation operations, official vehicle fleets are not merely logistical support. They are critical nodes that ensure smooth and safe flight operations. Every engineering vehicle, towing unit, and service truck carries a role that is both irreplaceable and essential. From ground assistance and passenger transfer to aircraft maintenance, any oversight can affect the entire system. For this reason, vehicle identification follows a design principle that is both clear and cautious, reinforcing functionality and public safety.
Vehicles operating within airport airside areas adopt Obsidian Gray as the primary color, combined with STARLUX brand identification elements. The objective is to achieve high visibility and a professional presence in complex and busy operational environments. Obsidian Gray conveys authority and stability, while maintaining visual harmony with the Earthy Gold curves on the aircraft. This allows ground crews, control towers, and flight teams to quickly identify vehicle categories and operational roles.
In contrast, vehicles assigned to off site duties or public road use adopt white as the primary color. White offers strong reflectivity and high visibility in road environments, helping alert other road users and reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on flight safety and traffic safety. Clear brand markings, unit codes, and reflective strips ensure visibility under both daytime and nighttime conditions, as well as across varying weather scenarios.
The identification system extends beyond color alone.
Vehicle markings include functional icons, team identifiers, and easily recognizable unit codes.Reflective strips, visibility panels, and dedicated roof lighting are used during nighttime or low visibility conditions.
Color blocks and standardized dimensions are coordinated with airport authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and operational control procedures in airside environments.
Regular inspection, maintenance, and visual consistency checks are conducted as part of STARLUX’s overall safety management system.
In summary, STARLUX’s color and identification strategy is not a purely visual language. It is a system designed around functionality, safety, and professionalism. Whether inside or outside the airport, it clearly communicates responsibility, enables rapid identification, and reflects the brand’s commitment to passenger and public safety.
